Why our major metro cities in India lacking in infrastructure.

Why our major metro cities in India lacking in infrastructure. You take cities like Delhi, Bombay, Chennai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Pune or any other city of IndiaWhy it is struggling to cope up with growing population.Where are we going wrong? What is the problem?

I was thinking on this and I feel the problem lies with all.
First we can put all the blame on politicians. But still can we put all the blame on just politicians.
What responsibilities does our Bureaucracy have? , what is our judicial system doing?
Why the private player does not take part in town planning? And finally why our common man does not stand out and demand for the needs.
Actually the problem lies with every individual. The attitude is "why should I need to fight for others?" and feeling is “what ever I do it is not going to change.”
Most of our so called Corporate People (Multinational Companies) are just bothered about themselves.

A Company in electronic city just want the Hosur Road to be fixed and similarly A ITPL company want there road to be wide and nice. This attitude won't take us anywhere. Why can't we have a consortium of all multinational companies which would address all issues related to infrastructure? Why our corporate heads give individual statements in press.
Why the big companies which are making millions of dollors Profit, put some amount into the infrastructure development.
We need to get united, and then no government can escapes from our demands. The problem is we all are divided and politicians are enjoying this.

hi
You have posted an intresting article.
I would say its not MNC /Corporate people want good road or good infrastructure. Its every citizen wanting to have good infrastructure, and why should they be deprived of it.?
I think we are to blame of ourself, if we have not got the best of things, its because - we dont want to change ourself.(best example for bangaloreans will be to check abt hydrebad, or mumbai and way they have improved)

Hi DV,
A thought provoking post. But honestly, everyone knows that they have to do something about the infrastructure, but simply cannot do anything. Inspired individuals might protest against the government, but that's about all they can do. As regards corporates, they are not obliged to do it since they pay taxes to the government, and therefore, expect the government to ensure adequate funds are allocated to improve infrastructure. NRN might want to go out of his way to help Bangalore, but the likes of Mr.Deve Gowda would never let it happen since that would portray their governments in bad light. After all, when an MNC does the work that the government is supposed to do, politicians will feel slighted and insecure. The only solution is to eradicate corruption, and instill ethics in our leaders. And that is a truly mammoth effort.

Miss You

I miss your blue eyes, I miss your smile. I miss your sweet voice, I miss your style. I miss you every step, I miss your walk. I miss you every breath, I miss your talk. I feel you, I sense you, every bit here. I see you, I think you, are you somewhere near? I miss you in coffee, I miss you in breakfast. I feel I got no future, I just want to stay in past. All things I see are boring, stand still and worthless. Everybody over here has become dumb and lifeless. O Miss, I miss you, wholeheartedly. I hope, you miss me, at least halfheartedly. It's a small world, but I am sure we will catch up one day. I look forward to that or else I will come down your way.

Mesmerized

Fitbit hands, designer glass. Splashy bands, Elite class. Gucci shoes, cat walk diva Second look, mamma mia. Setting the style, raring to go. Firing the aisle,  bustling with flow. Snow white doll, Numero uno. Barbie girl, will never let you go.
