Small changes for big impact

When I look at India from US I get more ideas and an open perspective view than, when I am in India. I feel this tells me, one has to take a step back and see things from a distance and do proper analysis and then provide solutions to any problems. I am sure within India people are just doing stuff over and over again, with no thought or mind to change or improve. When you have so many people and so many process and procedures it gets hard to change anything. So to address this issue, my mantra today will be do some small changes which will result into big impact down the line. And on the same lines make sure your change will not result into adverse effect. So, what are those small changes which India can adopt? 1. Timings    We all know Indian standard timings which always run late. How would one change the people's mindset? I know it is difficult to change minds of all people. How about kids? They are small with fresh and clean minds. There you go, change all
