Recently the HRD minster Kapil sibal announced that there will be no board exams for 10th and he will be planning on not to have 12th board exams as well in future. This announcement has triggered to lot of debate in media, students and parents. some of the students are really happy that they need not have to study and get pressuried. some of the teachers are pitching in for continous learning and thus might get more control on students than earlier. But still there are lot of unanswered questions on having board exams or not. Every body are keen to know about all details from government on board exams. Board exams are in india for long time probably we inherited it from the british. It is not andy murry britain's no 1 tennis player. I am refering to Al Murry, the pub landlord, is simply hilarious and wonderful to watch and listen to his comic stuff. I am indian and no where connected to britain expect for colonial period in early 19th century, during that time i was not even born. but i could get 90% of his jokes, few i went and re-listened to make sure i understood correctly. what would have happened? few years back, i had received a email from my friend with the subject what would have happened if 1 ruppee was equal to 40 dollars?. The email had detailed description of how people in US and across the world would be dying to come to advanced country like India and their implications in terms of visa,climate,studies, food and other things.
